Once the Field trails are successful, and the product approved for production, We assist the client in identifying the EMS Company, the Mould manufacturer etc. for the bulk production. We can also assist in the sourcing of the components and sub-assemblies and ensure timely delivery to the EMS through our partners.

The Pilot production starts from preparing a production BOM, the production processes, the process methodologies, and the test processes to be followed. We ensure the right selection of devices including passives, discrete and electro mechanical products by using quality Asian vendors such that the manufactured cost is lowest in class.

The units produced after the Pilot production are subjected to extensive field trials. We can also arrange the components in kit form and as an option can arrange this kit to be sent to the factory of choice to simplify the assembly/ production through our distribution and logistics partners.

We could also assist in getting the product box built in a professional EMS factory in China or India. There are several factories with which we have relationships. These factories are having box build experience and sophisticated IQC and quality processes. Where needed our EMS unit can/will assist in the various test jigs/testers that would be needed.
